Ok, here's what's on that protocol sheet, just to give everyone an idea of what I'm looking at:

So 2/22 I began Lurpon 1/2 mg daily
2/26 take last bcp
3/3 first u/s & e2. then they'll let me know about the Estrace.

Now, they had me on a higher dosage than my sheet said, in the mock. So I'm not sure if these will be accurate. But the sheet (which is just a form they gave me, with these numbers are part of the form, so I suppose they can change):

u/s & labs 3/3. When we receive your results, we will call you with clearance to begin Estrace.
Do not start Estrace until we have called you.
Days 1-4 (3/3 - 3/6) Begin by taking 1/2 Estrace tablet twice a day. Continue Lupron 0.5 mg
Days 5-9 (3/7 - 3/11) Increase Estrace to 1 tablet twice daily. Continue Lupron 0.5 mg
Days 10-"(they neglected to enter the number here) " (3/12 - 3/20) Increase Estrace to 1 tablet three times a day. Take last dose of Lupron on day 10 (forgot to enter date, but since it says day 10 is 3/12, . . . )
u/s & labs 3/20 When we receive results, we will call you with clearance to begin Progesterone
Do not start Progesterone until we have called you.
Progesterone day 1 (3/21) Continue Estrace 1 tablet ____ times per day as directed. Progesterone 50 mg (1cc) in A.M.
Progesterone day 2,3 (3/22 to 3/23) Continue Estrace 1 tablet ____ times per day as directed. Progesterone 50 mg (1cc) A.M. & P.M. until instructed to stop.
Continue same meds and doses until instructed to stop!
Will continue through 10-12 weeks with positive pregnancy.
Progesterone Day 4 3/24 Embryo Transfer Day 3 embryos.


It has spots on the form for Endo & E2 results from 3/3 & 3/20. And then the HCG results and u/s results from a positive pregnancy.

At the top it has info about me and the embryos, and the date to stop bcps.
