Embryo Adoption Links

I'll have to come back and edit this later. I'm deleting posts from the BCS forums, and I don't want to lose this.

None of the following are in any particular order of importance (just alphabetical (except the news/info!) ;) ). They're all great information and should be looked into before choosing a personal direction:

You can also find out if your local reproductive endocrinologist has a program (SEVERAL DO!).

Finding a donor clinic:

To find a clinic in your area that handles Donor Embryos, click here: http://www.sart.org/find_frm.html and enter your zipcode. Click on a clinic name and then click to view their ART data report. At the bottom of the report, it will tell you if they work with Donor Embryos or not. Of these clinics, some have their own in-house supply of Embryos and some require that you locate your own elsewhere and then have them shipped to the clinic. Contact each clinic for details on which options they offer.

Sometimes clinics will work with donor embryos, even if they don't have an in-house program. So you can still contact clinics in that list and double check. A quick phone call is worth a lot. :)

In addition, please be sure to ask who they use for Cryogenic storage etc. Many clinics who do not have a program, refer their clients to the cryogenics places, as many cryogenics places DO have their own donor embryo programs.
